Dr. Bettina Albers, the Managing Director, studied German and English in Passau, London
and Jena. She wrote her doctoral thesis on linguistic characterisation patterns in Shakespeare‘s comedies.
She has been working in the field of ‘health care PR’ for the past six years and established
albersconcept in February 2007.

Dr. Martina Berthold Dr. Martina Berthold has not only been involved since the very
beginning, but also played a seminal role in founding albersconcept and defining its mission. She studied
in Heidelberg and obtained her doctorate in internal medicine and nephrology, before completing her
specialist’s training in paediatrics.
